My pregnancy was a wonderful experience but Prenatal Yoga with Tami made it even more enjoyable. I started attending the classes when I was 25 weeks pregnant. Besides meeting other friendly moms-to-be I enjoyed the gentle excercises aimed at relaxing both body and mind. Low lights and calming music added to the pleasant atmosphere. Tami constantly put an emphasis on "letting go" which is invaluable during labour and birth of the baby. The effect of prenatal yoga on my birth was obvious - the midwife told me that my uterus was very relaxed and that I had what they call a "butter cervix" - very soft, which helped my birth flow smoothly.
I recommend the Prenatal Yoga with Tami to any expectant mother who wants to do something for her body and for her baby to help make the birth a more enjoyable experience.
